Mighty Dragons

Basic Taekwondo

  • This class teaches basic skills of Traditional Tae Kwon Do and life lessons
  • Ages 6+
  • 5:00-5:45 PM Monday and Wednesday

Intermediate Taekwondo

  • Light Green through Brown Belt
  • Ages 6+
  • 6:00-7:00 PM Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Advanced Taekwondo

  • Light Blue Belt through Brown Belt
  • Ages 6+
  • 6:00-7:00 PM Tuesdays

Black Belt

  • Advanced instruction for Black Belts and candidates.
  • 7:00-8:00 PM Mondays and Wednesdays

Hapkido

  • Combat Hapkido is the true science of self defense.
  • 8:00-9:00 PM Mondays and Wednesdays
  • Ages 12+

Tai Chi

  • Gentle breathing exercise designed to combat the effects of Multiple Sclerosis and Diabetes.
  • 4:15-5:00 PM Tuesday and Thursday

Pilates

  • Pilates is a toning and sculpting workout which over time will guarantee tightening of core muscle groups.
  • Ages 14+
  • Men and Women: 7:00 - 7:30 PM Thursdays

Defensive Kickboxing

  • Defensive Kickboxing is about fitness with a self defense edge.
  • Ages 14+
